This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Run Your Life Company LLC ("Coach") and the undersigned client ("Client").

Option 1: Month-to-Month Coaching
$500/month*
2 private 1:1 coaching calls per month
Free 60-minute onboarding call
Cancel or pause anytime with 7 days’ notice
Option 2: 6-Month Coaching Package
$2,725 (paid in full)
2 private 1:1 coaching calls per month

Expectations
Client Agrees To:
Show up to sessions on time and ready to work
Take responsibility for implementation and follow-through
Be open to feedback, stretch outside your comfort zone, and try new approaches
Communicate honestly and respectfully
Coach Agrees To:
Show up with heart, grit, and full presence
Be direct, honest, and provide accountability
Have the tough conversations when needed — with care
Offer strategy, systems, planning support, and mindset clarity
Be a sounding board, but also challenge you when necessary
Communication + Boundaries
Coach will respond to emails within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise arranged
Additional support (outside of sessions) may be available depending on your specific needs — to be agreed upon mutually
Please respect boundaries and honor time commitments, just as I will honor yours
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and materials are strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent from the client — unless legally required.
Legal Notes
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care
Coach does not offer financial, legal, or medical advice
Client understands that results are not guaranteed — success is dependent on their own effort, participation, and implementation
Cancellation + Refunds
No refunds for either monthly or 6-month coaching options
Monthly subscribers may pause or cancel with 7 days’ notice
Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless 24 hours' notice is provided
Intellectual Property
All materials shared during coaching — including templates, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, or other resources — are the intellectual property of Run Your Life Company LLC. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, republished, sold, or distributed without written permission.
Feel free to use them in your own business and growth — that’s what they’re for! But please honor the energy and originality behind them by keeping them private and protected.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship. My promise is to meet you with presence, honesty, and support — but ultimately, you are the one driving the change. I’m here to walk beside you, challenge you, and cheer for you — every step of the way.
